1_ INTRODUCTION
1.1 osise is a platform that connects workers with clients who need various services performed.
1.2 By signing up to work through https://www.osise.net, you ("Worker") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2_ WORKER OBLIGATIONS
2.1 Workers will provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
2.2 Workers will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.
2.3 Workers will perform work assignments diligently and to the best of their abilities.
2.4 Workers will maintain confidentiality and protect client information.
3_ WORK ORDERS AND JOB ASSIGNMENTS 3.1 Osise will provide workers with work orders and job assignments through the platform (https://www.osise.net)
3.2 Workers will review and accept or decline work orders and job assignments within the timeframe specified.
3.3 Once accepted, workers will perform the work as described in the work order or job assignment.
4_ PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Osise will pay workers for completed work orders and job assignments.
4.2 Payment rates will be calculated based on the number of hours worked and the distance to the job site.
4.3 Payment rates will be as follows:
* Hourly rate: ₦[insert rate] per hour (for Nigerian workers), [insert rate] per hour (for other African workers), or €[insert rate] per hour (for European workers)
* Distance rate: ₦[insert rate] per kilometer (for Nigerian workers), [insert rate] per kilometer (for other African workers), or €[insert rate] per kilometer (for European workers)
4.4 Payments will be made within of every first day of the preceding week after the completion of assignments of previous week.

5_ TERMINATION
5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement upon 60 days' written notice.
5.2 Osise may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

6_ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 You assign to osise all intellectual property rights in any work created or developed in connection with work orders and job assignments.
7_ CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1 You will keep confidential all information and materials provided by osise and clients.
8_ INDEMNITY
8.1 You will indemnify and hold harmless osise assets and utility management services and its clients against any losses, damages, or claims.
9_ GOVERNING LAW
9.1 For workers located in Nigeria, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9.2 For workers located in other African countries, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the respective country.
9.3 For workers located in Europe, these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Directive on the Protection of Intellectual Property.
10_ JURISDICTION
10.1 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, for workers located in Nigeria.
10.2 For workers located in other African countries, any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the arbitration laws of the respective country.
10.3 For workers located in Europe, any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the European Court of Arbitration.
11_ ENTIRE AGREEMENT
11.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between osise workers and osise asset and utility management services.
By signing up to work through https://www.osise.net, workers acknowledged that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
It is assumed that workers have automatically acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
